Rulebook

The Rulebook is a resource through which competitors gain access to an in-depth explanation of the theme, details about early submissions, rules for each specific competition, and ballots that are used to grade competitors the weekend of MIST.

Please refer to the nationals website for the official rulebook! This includes the MIST Bowl Topics, Knowledge Test Books, and Debate Topics.

The Pilot Competition Rulebook includes details regarding Culinary Arts, Soccer, E-Sports, and competitions not found in the national rulebook.
