MIST Atlanta is an exciting way for high school students to showcase their unique abilities and talents. Students learn skills from the MIST experience that enhance their communication skills and allow them to find the answers to complex problems. The top students at MIST Atlanta move on to represent their high schools at MIST Nationals. MIST Atlanta has over 30 competitions, such as Art, Tajweed, Short Film, Spoken Word, Poetry, Debate, Math Olympics, Science Fair, Nasheed, Fashion Design, Basketball, and Improv. MIST is not only a fun and interactive competition. It can also help with college admissions. Many former MIST participants use MIST on their university applications to springboard themselves from the competition.
